*EXTREMELY EARLY 9/63 SN 10 ORIGINAL HECKLER & KOCH G3 .22 SUB CALIBER KIT.

SN 10. Cal. 7.62 x 51 MM to .22LR. BCG dated 9/63, 4 magazines dated 2/63. One of the earliest known H & K .22LR sub caliber kits in existence. Very possibly an early prototype in its original fabric lined wooden presentation case. Exterior wooden box marked “EISNSTECKSYSTEM G3 E HK BRGW. 5,5 KG”. Box remains functional with period correct custom fitting beneath lid. Barrel insert proofed “88” with SN 10 and original seal. Aluminum Barrel Cylinder Guide SN10 engraved with white lettering “G 3 E HK 10 9/63”. Four early aluminum waffle magazines, all marked “G3 HK 2/63” containing steel sub caliber inserts of custom machine tooling showing no signs of use. Early metal cleaning kit containing 22 Cal. patches, 2 bronze brushes, linked aluminum chain patch puller, and early oiler with no signs of use. CONDITION: Contents contained appear un-fired with orig grey blue finish on bbl and cylinder guide. Mag exterior finish is mint, as is cleaning kit. Steel sub-caliber inserts show evidence of factory hardening and some light marks as they show factory hardening of the seal. SN PSG1-D0091. Cal. 7.62x51mm. 25-1/2″ bbl. Modern state of the art H&K PSG 1 sniper set up complete with Hensoldt ZF6X42 PSG 1 scope with detachable bi-pod and Loga System padded rest. Includes a detachable web sling, cleaning kit and charging pack. This semi-auto sniper rifle incorporates state of the art features, including adjustable length pad assembly for buttstock. There is an adjustable cup at the bottom of the pistol grip as well as a shoe on the adjustable trigger, all designed to provide the firer with the upmost precision and comfort. This rifle also includes two 20 rnd and two 5 round magazines all within a fitted carrying case. This kit includes all operator manuals and the original test target that was stamped, signed and dated at the factory prior to shipment. Popular with numerous law enforcement agencies, this is a sniper system the H&K collector will not want to miss. SN H2116. Cal. 308. 25″ bbl. Absolutely tremendous, high quality H&K Model 21 belt fed semi-auto gun with quick detachable bbl. Currently equipped with a semi-auto pistol grip assembly. If one had the appropriate full auto trigger pack, this would be one hell of a machine gun! Marked “XG3S FMP V237” on top of receiver and on right side below feed way “MODEL 21″ with Vollmer Mfg address. Equipped with a vertical foregrip and heavy duty rear sight with composite buttstock and pistol grip, this rifle is designed for heavy duty use. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand. Feed mechanism as well as rest of gun appears fully functional. PROVENANCE: From the Estate Collection of Noted Discerning Firearms Enthusiast, Donald W. Dix, Jr. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish extremely fine to near excellent, orig finish with some brassing and loss of finish in an area of about 1-1/2” to the rear of the ejection port with some slight areas of high edge wear at bipod attachment points. Feed mechanism and feed way exhibit loss of finish where a belt has obviously been running through this gun. Other areas of high edge wear at buttstock, assembly edge, and forward edge of metal where hand grip attaches. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. *INCREDIBLE HECKLER & KOCH 23E BELT-FED HEAVY BARRELED HOST GUN.

SN A057523. Cal. 5.56mm. 19″ bbl. Fantastic H&K 91 professionally upgraded to belt-feed with quick change heavy bbl. This gun comes from the estate of an accomplished H&K aficionado who utilized this gun as both a semi-auto and full-auto. No trigger pack present, but otherwise this host gun is ready to go either way. Marked with “HK91” and SN on left side of receiver and “HK21A1” on top of receiver, it is fitted with an HK23E belt-feed system and HK23E bolt assembly. Special heavy 5.56XX45 bbl is No. 178. Both bi-pod and vertical fore grip are attached, as well as center of gravity carrying handle. Scope mount blocks at top of receiver. Although no trigger group is included with this lot, it will transfer as if it were a modern semi-auto rifle. PROVENANCE: From the Estate Collection of Noted Discerning Firearms Enthusiast, Donald W. Dix, Jr. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is absolutely outstanding with nearly all orig finish on black parts with the only loss of finish where bbl pivots within receiver and bi-pod legs swivel. *COLLECTOR’S LOT OF THREE BROWNING PISTOLS.

1) BROWNING 1903. SN 2875. Cal. 9mm Long. 5″ bbl with factory rust blue finish overall and commercial “FN” monogrammed hard rubber 2-pc grips. Factory slotted for detachable shoulder stock holster with standard fixed sights and provided with appropriate 10 rnd extended mag. Wooden shoulder stock holster with all appropriate attaching irons and complete with wiping rod and appropriate “FN” manufacturing proofs. This rare variation was produced in very limited quantities and were adopted by Sweden, Russian, and rumored to have been issued to the Belgian Navy. This commercial variation is rarely ever seen and little is known of actual production numbers. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, with most blue finish remaining with a slight amount of wear and finish loss on crowns of slide with several areas of finish loss on front and rear strap, as well as rear of slide. Bore is very good, with slight darkening in grooves of rifling. Appears to be numbers matching on slide, bbl, and frame, as well as trigger group. Stock is non numbers matching, however retains over 90% rust blue finish on attaching iron and metal components. Wood stock is exceptionally fine with minor bruising and scratches as to be expected. A very small shrinkage crack is evident in bottom of stock forward of where grip would protrude. This in no way affects its function or desirability. A very rare and desirable rig. C&R 2) BROWNING CHALLENGER. SN 5402U2. Cal. .22LR. 4-1/2″ bbl with blue finish overall and traditional varnish finished checkered Browning grips. Gold trigger accents with adjustable rear sight and high Partridge front sights. 10 rnd mag capacity. Housed in period red and black plastic Browning box with appropriate operating instructions pamphlet. Indicated by date code as having been manufactured in 1962. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Overall as new, with only the slightest hint of edgewear at base of grips from having been in box. Several extremely small imperfections or scratches are evident in top right side of slide when held under very bright light. Bore and mechanics are excellent. Box is equally as fine. Pamphlet has slightly discolored with age. C&R 3) BROWNING NOMAD. SN 59975P6. Cal 22 LR. 6-3/4″ bbl, full blue finish, 2-pc checkered plastic stocks with Browning logo at top. Left bbl lug reads “Browning Arms Co.”. Right bbl lug reads “Made in Belgium” over “22 Long Rifle”. Bottom of bbl shows Belgian proof marks. SN is stamped on forestrap of alloy frame. Magazine base plate is marked “.22 L.R. Browning”. Adjustable rear sight. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbl retains 98% bright blue finish with muzzle wear on both sides and high point wear on the front sight. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Receiver retains nearly all of the black anodized finish with only a couple of small scratches. Grips are fine, intact and show only a couple of dents on the bottom edge. *LOT OF THREE COLT PATTERN HANDGUNS.

1) KOREAN COPY 1911. SN 140. Cal. 45 ACP. Only slide markings are “LIVITANITL”, otherwise the slide bbl and receiver are internally marked with either a “G” or a “9” or a “6”. Mag appears to be a well used G.I. mag with considerable pitting and no finish. Walnut stocks appear to be heavily used G.I. double diamond. All other parts appear to have been workshop made. Pistol appears to function, but it is not recommended to fire the pistol without a gunsmiths compliance. Front sight appears to be a copy of the late 1911A1 sight with serrated rear ramp. Rear sight is also a copy of the late 1911A1 notched. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Bore is pitted but shows remains of rifling. Pistol appears to be in-the-white with no finish applied. Considerable surface deterioration. 2) COLT NEW ARMY & NAVY REVOLVER. SN 262565. Cal. .38 COLT. 6″ bbl, full blue finish, 2-pc checkered hard rubber grips with Colt medallions. Top of bbl shows Colt 2-line address and patent mark. Left side of bbl shows cal mark. Assembly NO. 1557 appears on the frame, in the crane mortise, on the crane opposite the mortise, on the lever latch, and scratched on the inside of both grips. SN is stamped on the butt at the toe. Frame has Rampant Colt logo in a circle stamped on left side above grip. Front left trigger guard bow shows “VP” proof, rear left trigger guard bow shows assembler number “3”. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good. Revolver shows a deep crusty blue/brown patina overall with evidence of slight re-finishing. Markings are sharp and unpolished. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Hammer and trigger are a gray/brown patina and also show evidence of re-finish. Grips are very good, intact, with sharp checkering and clear logos. 3) COLT GOVT MODEL. SN 25260. Cal. 45 ACP. Right side slide marking “Colt Automatic Calibre 45”, left side has standard Colt 1913 last patent date marking and Colt’s Hartford address, Rampant Colt to the rear of serrations, left upper trigger guard bow has verified proof, lower trigger guard bow has “R” final inspector, right trigger guard bow is unmarked, behind slide stop pin is marked “Government Model” over “C25260”. Mag bottom marked “Colt .45 Auto”, fully blued welded base. Slide stop has 1911-type relief under thumb grip. Thumb safety is early type with milled area under thumb checkering, hammer is short wide checkered, grip safety has short tang, mainspring housing has lanyard loop. Front sight is thin-type with small dents, rear sight is thin “U” notch-type. Stocks are standard Colt double diamond. Bbl shows remains of “P” mark at front of ejection port. Slide stop has groove in rear. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Mag catch and mag catch lock very good. Front grip strap shows mild thinning of finish with partial finger print. Slide shows pitting from ejection port back on right side and thinning of finish on muzzle on both sides. Stocks show crisp checkering with only a few broken small diamonds, large diamonds crisp and clear. Stock screws in near excellent condition. Bore is shiny with some frosting in the chamber end. 1) BALLESTER MOLINA 1911A1. SN B5760. Cal. .45 ACP. British proofed rear of frame and slide with Crown/GP, bbl marked “.45 Crown/NP 7 Tons”, frame SN 10875 on mainspring housing, left side of slide is marked “Pistola Automatica Cal. 45. Fabricada POR “HafDasa” Patentes Internationales “Ballester-Molina” Industria Argentina”. Stocks grooved dark walnut. Mag is US G.I. made by Scovill marked “CS” on bottom tongue. Slide is grooved in the rear with interrupted grooves. The only parts that interchange between a 1911 are the magazine, bbl, bushing, and recoil spring. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Only high edge wear, slight drag mark on slide front, a few ring scratches on front grip strap, overall 98% factory blue. C&R 2) BERETTA 1935. SN 921026. Cal..32. Fabulous factory gold engraved Beretta with tortoise shell grips in factory marked case with spare magazine and cleaning rod. Standard config 1935 with fixed front and drift adjustable rear sight. Left side of slide marked “Pietro Beretta-Gardone V.T. Cal.7365-PAT”. Right side of slide is marked “Made in Italy”. Safety detentes are marked with encircled capital “S” and red dotted “F”. Proofs are on the left tang dated 1958. Gun has been extensively covered in floral and scroll engraving with light tasteful pattern on bbl. Entire slide and both sides of frame have 100% coverage with tasteful accents under trigger and front and back straps. Frame is fitted with smooth tortoise shell grips, each panel having an inserted “PB” logoed disc. Mag bodies are chromed with finger extension floorplates gold plated that has also been applied to shaft of cleaning rod. Pistol and accessories are in leather bound form fitting case whose lid has been imprinted with Beretta logo and location in Brescia. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Approx 95% of gold plate remains with thinning over sharp edges and scattering of oxidative pinpricks. Magazines are both excellent as is cleaning rod and general condition of case that has only a few external scuffs and minimal wear/staining that largely corresponds to the high points of the gun and accessories. *EXCELLENT ARGENTINE MODEL 1927 EJERCITO ARGENTINO PISTOL.

SN 39822. Cal. 45 ACP. Deep blue finish overall with standard 5″ bbl. Manufactured in Argentina under license from Colt. Slightly over 100,000 were manufactured by Fabrica Militar de Armas Portatiles, Rosario, Argentina. Manufactured with hard rubber grips. Manufactured in Argentina and marked with the Argentine crest on left hand side. After detailed disassembly and examination, major components were properly numbered, being slide, bbl and frame. Magazine is of U.S. manufacture by M.S. Little, Hartford, CT. PROVENANCE: Gerard Ruth Collection, ex Alex Chauffe SR. CONDITION: Very fine overall condition,retaining most of its arsenal blue finish with excellent bore and mechanics with typical and appropriate edge wear at muzzle and high points of slide. Many of these guns were imported into the United States in the late 1980’s and ’90’s that were heavily refinished and were of poor condition. Slide stop, thumb safety, bbl, bbl bushing marked “170”. Left rear of slide has “P” proof mark, receiver left side below slide stop has proof mark and inspector mark. Front grip strap marked “LPN”. Receiver marked “659” above mainspring housing, “P” proof and “Cal. OS” visible through ejection port. Mag marked “170” followed by “1” (number 1 mag). Accompanied by holster marked “LPN” with spare mag marked “170 2″ (number 2 mag). PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Most of the blue remains with muzzle and high edge wear. Trigger, hammer, and bbl opening left in-the-white. Mag is fully blued turning plum. Bore is shiny. Holster in very good + condition. C&R 2) BERETTA 1951 PARABELLUM. SN 35338. Cal .9mm. Standard config Beretta 1951 with 4.5” bbl, having fixed front sight and drift adjustable rear sight. Right side of slide marked with two line Beretta address denoting “MOD 1951” and address in Italy. Left side of frame is importer marked “Berben NY NY”. Right side of frame has SN “35338” and directed rotation for the disassembly lever. At least 70% of the visible surface has been nicely engraved with floral scroll. Lesser accents appearing over crest of bbl, under trigger guard and on front strap. Major components were then gold-plated including grip screws while disassembly lever, slide release, safety, mag release and hammer were salt-blued. Standard black plastic serrated grips. Mag with an in the white body having seven indicator holes and gold plated finger extension base. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Pistol presents as nearly new with only small patch of flaked gold plate on right tang. There are no scratches on either side of trigger nor is there any appreciable wear on front face of hammer to suggest much contact with retracting slide. SN 60200. Cal. 11.25mm/45 ACP. Federal police contract Argentine Model 1937 Ballester Molina. Manufactured by Hafdasa in Argentina for military and police use. These are a modified Colt 1911 design. Left side of slide has traditional 2-line address of Ballester Molina. Right side of slide has traditional Argentine crest and is marked “Policia Federal”. 2-pc walnut grips with full length striations. Serial numbered at back of receiver “60200”. PROVENANCE: Gerard Ruth Collection, ex Alex Chauffe SR. CONDITION: Very good overall, with much finish remaining. Slide finish has turned somewhat plum with good sharp markings. Front and back strap have both turned somewhat dove grey. Grips are very good with minor scratches and darkening but applicable to age. SN 10412. Cal. 11.25mm/45 ACP. Standard 5″ bbl with dark black phosphate finish overall. 2-pc diamond pattern checkered walnut with distinctive cutout for Norwegian slide release. Slide marked on left side “11.25 m/m AUT. PISTOL M/1914 No. 10412” with Norwegian crown proofs on opposite side of slide behind and below ejection port. The date “1926”. Frame on left side has SN in traditional location number 10412 with last 3 digits 412 marked on smaller components, trigger, ejector, safety, grip safety, recoil spring plunger and slide release. Bbl is a U.S. manufactured Flannery bbl and mainspring housing is a Colt-manufactured mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Magazine is from Argentine Ballester Molina. PROVENANCE: Gerard Ruth Collection, ex Jack Whitaker SR. CONDITION: Very fine overall, with very good bore and mechanics.
