SN 21624. Cal. .22LR. 25-1/2″ heavy sporter bbl. Ramp front sight (blade missing) with 200m tangent rear sight. Sgl shot receiver is marked with maker’s legend and “BUG” proof. Sporting style walnut stock has grooved forepiece and checkered semi pistol grip, features small silver plaque inscribed “20. Deutsches Bundesschiessen/ Leipzig 6.7.-15.7.1934/ gest.v./ Schutzenkreis Zwickau”. Sling swivel studs and brown leather sling composite trigger bow is checkered. Walther marked checkered hard rubber buttplate. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Very good+. Bbl and receiver retain 90-95% blue finish with scattered small marks and high edge wear. Stock retains most of its orig finish with numerous small handling marks from usage. Mechanics are crisp.
