This specimen includes one Colt 30 rnd mag and plastic muzzle cap over typical bird-cage muzzle break. In every way reminiscent of the M-16A1 with modern adjustable rear sight. Classic configuration M16A2 with 3-shot burst selector, forward assist, and telescoping buttstock. This handy machine gun exhibits rampant Colt logo and familiar company address markings. **ARMALITE AR-18 SELECT FIRE MACHINE GUN WITH SCOPE (FULLY TRANSFERABLE).

SN A5527. Cal. .223. 19-1/2″ bbl. Manufactured by Armalite in California, this machine gun utilizes a piston design to operate the action, developed as an alternative design to the M-16/AR-15 series of weapons. It is a viable competitor, although the M-16 won out for military contract as it utilized fewer moving parts, none the less in operation it is very similar with both full and semi-auto settings, provision for mounting a bayonet, flip-up and adjustable for windage rear sight with rotating post front sight and a standard mag capacity of 20 rnds. One definite plus to this model over the M-16 is that it has a hinged folding buttstock which makes it possible to make it more compact package. Another innovative feature at the time was an ambidextrous saftey selector switch. This rifle includes an orig Armalite 2.75X 20 mm scope with scope covers and four orig Armalite 20 rnd mags. **AMERICAN ARMS AMERICAN 180 M-2 MACHINE GUN (FULLY TRANSFERABLE).

SN D01041. Cal. .22 LR. 15″ bbl. This nifty little .22 machine gun utilizes .22 LR ammo only and includes a spare bbl with horizontal forearm, without front sight or flash hider, orig all metal mag, a spare “E&L” plastic after market mag, and one drum driving mechanism. It is clear that someone had the Thompson machine gun in mind, at least superficially when this was designed. The ribbed bbl, vertical foregrip, pistol grip, and detachable buttstock all are reminiscent of Thompson features. Rear sight is very reminiscent of the U.S. 30 carbine. Markings are located on the underside of the receiver on either side of a large knurled knob which allows for the removal of the bbl and fore grip assembly. This is a nice feature as it allows this gun to be disassembled for ease of transport in a very compact package. Cocking handle is on the left side, safety on the right side. Due to its rotating pan mag on top of the receiver reminiscent of the Russian DP-28, the sights of this machine gun are quite high. This neat magazine system utilizes a hand-wound spring device to rotate the drum on a steel plate which brings the rnds within the mag inline to feed into the gun. When these are fired, the sound has been likened to that of a sewing machine. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand, this weapon appears fully functional. Bore is shiny and bright on vertical forend bbl, not quite as shiny and bright on the spare horizontal bbl. Orig steel mag in extremely fine condition, as is driving mechanism. There is a ghost of a matching SN to the gun on the spring winding mechanism. Both pans appear to be in good serviceable condition. These are popular recreational machine guns as ammo is plentiful and clean up is straight forward. This is going to be a lot of fun for somebody. SN H1500. Cal. 9mm/.223/.308. 9″ bbl. Marked “H&K MP5” and “8953” on top of receiver. Receiver was also numbered to match full auto lower “H1500”. Sear kit marked “Bedrock” with SN. Flapper mag release, three straight German 30 rnd mags and one curved 20 rnd mag included. Three pronged bbl with lazer and integral flash light featured. Flash light actuator switch held on right side of forearm with velcro, with squeeze pad also on right side of forearm. Installation of mag release assembly precludes attachment of a semi-auto lower. ORIGINAL, NEVER USED “TEXAS TRAVELAIR” VIETNAM ERA MAC-10 MACHINE GUN COVERT OPERATIONAL BRIEFCASE.

Unused leather covered briefcase with brass hinges, hard rubber feet and spring loaded “Crest Lock Co., Inc.” latches. Included with this lot is a Desert Publications “MAC-10 COOKBOOK”. In many ways, reminiscent of cases seen in spy thriller films of the 1960’s. This actually is a covert operations briefcase from the Vietnam era designed to hold a Powder Springs MAC-11 .380 ACP machine gun with suppressor, with slight modification other models can be used. It is fitted internally so that such a weapon fits perfectly inside and may be carried with the bolt cocked and ready to fire. The muzzle fits into a recess in the side of the case and the trigger is actuated using a springed lever at the bottom of the case. On the left side, near the top, is what appears to be an identification card slot which any ordinary businessman would have. It actually conceals the hole where projectiles will exit when the firing lever is actuated at the bottom of the case. The operative utilizing this case would approach the intended target with the case under one arm, and then when close enough would depress the lever firing and then walk away. The briefcase would fill with smoke and expended brass cases and there would be some smoke exuding from the case, but the deed would be done and this case is far less conspicuous then getting on or off an airplane or walking down the street with a suppressed machine pistol under a coat. CONDITION: Extremely fine and never utilized with no evidence of firing residue inside its green wool lined interior. Velcro straps intact and serviceable. Brass latches and fittings are a pleasing, aged patina. Exterior leather of case in very fine condition. Blued steel lever has some light surface corrosion. This is a wonderful bit of espionage history from the classic heyday when it captured the imagination of the public. **TREJO MODEL 1 – THE WORLD’S SMALLEST MACHINE GUN.

SN 16034. Cal. .22 LR. 3″ bbl. This really cool .22 pistol is actually select fire with the selector on the right side. Marked on left side of slide with makers marking, Apple logo and model. Patent number on left side of frame, on right side of slide “HECHO EN MEXICO” with SN on right side of frame. Safety is on left side a simple rotating switch which interrupts the hammer when cocked. This lot includes six model 1-A parts kits without frames, with a total of seven mags included in this lot. Six mags are marked Trejo with Apple logo, seventh mag is unmarked and part of a .22 Llama parts kit which fits just fine into the Trejo. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand, this weapon appears fully functional. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is very good. Quality manufactured with a lustrous blue finish turning to an even gray patina with some light pitting on left side of slide, left side of frame and slide catch, with finish thinning on hand grip. Hard brown plastic grips have numerous scuffs and handling marks, right grip panel is cracked at lower retention screw. Bore is excellent, shiny, and bright. Mags run from the best having about 90% finish to the worst having about 30% with a gray/brown patina. The various parts kits range about the same, with the grip sets without any thumb ridge being in somewhat better condition. **U.S. MACHINE CORPS M3 37MM ANTI-TANK GUN WITH BRASS SUB CALIBER INSERTS (DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE).

SN 11706. Cal. 37mm. 82″ bbl. This U.S. M3 anti-tank gun is registered in both 37mm and 20mm cals and is dated 1942 with inspector initial “J.S.C.”. Nine brass sub cal inserts are included with this lot. Locking pins for pivoting trailing legs not present, nor is the sighting apparatus. Traverse mechanism allows it to move a very small amount and appears to be stuck due to repaint. Elevation mechanism moves slightly but also appears fouled due to recent repaint. Breech block raises and lowers smoothly and road wheels turn freely. One able bodied man was able to roll this gun up a ramp into a trailer for transport. This gun appears as though it would function. Orig firing lanyard included. This is a National Firearms Act Item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. **U.S. 60MM MORTAR (DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE).

SN 793945. Cal. 60mm. 25-3/4″ bbl. End cap marked “Firestone T.& R. Co. 1945 11.5 LBS with additional markings C.L.O.D-A” and flaming bomb. Additional markings on cap “DMD 60mm 001 / DIX JAX FL” which indicates this is a reactivated mortar cup. It is obvious that this cup is a renumber with flattened metal under the SN. This is borne out by the fact that the end cup is mostly in the white except for remnants of O.D. paint in recessed areas less than 5% remaining. Tube itself is 100% bare metal with no markings except a horizontal straight index mark for the attachment of the bipod collar. Orig GI baseplate, bipod, and M4 sight without case, as well as a web muzzle cover and strap are included. Bipod marked “M” and dated 1945. Firing pin present in end cap. Unable to determine length of protrusion within mortar. This is an NFA item and requires BATF approvel prior to transfer. **EXTRAORDINARILY SCARCE AND SOUGHT AFTER MURRAY AUBAEK FBI 10MM H&K MP5/10 SHORT BARRELED RIFLE.

SN 7269. Cal. 10mm. 10-3/4 bbl. This HK MP5 / 10 was built by Murray Aubaek from one of the 10mm FBI guns that were destroyed. As you might expect, this one was done right with the correct bolt lock lever on the left side of the receiver above the semi-auto trigger pack marked correctly on both top of receiver and on left side of magazine housing as a 10mm gun. This specimen includes one orig hard plastic magazine marked “40 S&W / 10MM-Auto” with a carefully scooped out 2-5/8″ oval on left side of magazine. Telescoping buttstock and threaded muzzle; one could add a short piece to this bbl and permanently affix it and make at Title I firearm. SN 43-13004. Cal. 9mm. 5-3/4″ bbl, 13-1/2″ with suppressor. Red Dog Target Supplies registered H&K MP5 SD short bbl’d rifle with RDS screw-on suppressor & 20 rnd mag and sling. H&K and RDS marked. This weapon appears fully functional. These are actually two NFA items requiring two transfer taxes for this lot. These National Firearms Act items requires BATF approval prior to transfer. **FRENCH MODEL 1915 CHAUCHAT DEACTIVATED MACHINE GUN (C&R).

SN CSRG 150542. Cal. 8mm Lebel. 17-1/2″ bbl. Fine specimen of a deactivated Chauchat with “SA” marking on left receiver indicating Finnish use. Chamber has been welded shut as has firing pin hole rendering it non-functional. However, included is a good serviceable bbl and bolt as well as a very rare and sought orig mag box with nine mags total and an orig gunner’s cleaning kit with cleaning rod, oiler tins, and brushes. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 5 as Curio & Relic eligible as a deactivated tax-exempt transfer. This weapon may be re-activated on an ATF form 1 upon application and approval by BATF. CONDITION: Good to very good. Overall finish and appearance with about 70% blue remaining and completely solid and serviceable wood. Bolt rides smoothly within receiver. Bore of spare bbl has good strong rifling. **CHAUCHAT MODEL 1915 MACHINE GUN (DEWAT C&R).

SN CSRG 26230. Cal. 8mm Lebel. 21″ bbl with flash hider marked “Sidarme” on left side of receiver with manufacturers star logo in addition to C.S.R.G. that stand for Chauchat, Sutter, Ribeyrolles and Gladiator which are the manufacturers. Upper and lower assemblies have matching SN’s. This design was rushed into production in 1915 due to the perceived immediate need for an automatic rifle following the opening of WWI. Eventually, over 244,000 were manufactured by 1918 in 8mm Lebel. This is a slow firing machine gun with a long recoil travel making it difficult to control when prone and behind the gun. Arguably, it is more effective in it’s intended role of providing walking fire while troops were advancing. One orig mag included along with collector grade publication Honour Bound The Chauchat Machine Rifle. This specimen has been de-activated by having the chamber welded shut with metal weld and the bolt has been removed. Detent pin is a very firm fit. Mag release & safety/selector all move properly. Charging handle is frozen in the rear position. This weapon is de-activated and non-functional. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 5 as Curio & Relic eligible as a deactivated tax-exempt transfer. This weapon may be re-activated on an ATF form 1 upon application and approval by BATF. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is very good with over 80% of orig blue finish remaining turning to a brown patina on the flat sides of the receiver plates with more of a bare metal patina on the bipod legs near the swivel points with remains of gray paint on balance of legs. Wood is very solid and serviceable with numerous dings, chips and gouges. Mag appears fully serviceable and also a pleasing gray patina on right side with more finish remaining on left side “SA” visible on left side indicating this mag was at one time in Finnish service. Weld has completely filled chamber and onto chamber face, unable to determine condition of bore due to this fact. 8mm Lebel ammunition is currently readily available and with some work and the appropriate parts, this weapon could likely be returned to a functioning status. **FINNISH LAHTI 20MM SEMIAUTOMATIC ANTI-TANK RIFLE (DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE) (C&R).

SN 1819. Cal. 20 mm. Bbl number 1827, gas cyl SN 1819 “SA” mark on receiver. Includes “JGS” reloading die set with priming tool, 3 live rnds of ammo, 22 empty cases, approx 80 solid projectiles, repro muzzle break, and 8 ten rnd mags in carriers. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand with a pleasing “ka-chunk” the bolt slams forward. Great care should be taken when firing Lahti to keep hands away from area forward of trigger. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This Destructive Device (DD) is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or 4 as Curio & Relic eligible. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish extremely fine with smooth gray orig finish thinning to gray with some light scattered pitting on receiver. Wooden cooling jacket in serviceable condition with dings. Orig shoulder piece serviceable with corrosion on retaining bracket. Mags in fine condition as are the boxes. Bore has shiny crisp rifling with some darkness in the grooves. SN 360936. Cal. .20ga. 10″ bbl. This Flues era field grade specimen exhibits roll stamp of pointing hunting dog and standard Ithaca address in addition to “AUTO&BURGLAR GUN”. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4 as Curio & Relic eligible with a $5.00 BATF transfer tax to individuals. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is very good with an even brown patina over some noticeable pitting, particularly on outside of left bbl, with some fairly moderate pitting under patina on right side of trigger guard. Both forearm and handgrip have a couple of chips with a noticeable chip on the top of pistol grip which consignor has included with this lot.
