**HOME DEFENSE LOT OF TWO REMINGTON SHORT BARRELED SHOTGUNS.1) REMINGTON MODEL 58. SN 139954X. Cal. 20ga 2-3/4″. 14″ bbl. Handy low maintenance Remington Sportsman-58 semi-auto shotgun with non-reflective paint on metal and composite surfaces, except for the bolt which is bright. Remington recoil pad fitted to buttstock which is slightly loose on the receiver and would need recoil pad removed in order to tighten. Marked on underside of receiver just to the rear of forend “DIX / JAX, FL”. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand, this weapon appears fully functional. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4 and is registered as a short barreled shotgun. Stock and forend have some very light handling marks with two small drill holes at cap end of pistol grip. Sling stud fitted at bottom of buttstock. Skeet choked bore near excellent, shiny and bright. Handy and quick to point, this would be an ideal home defense gun. NFA 2) REMINGTON 870. SN W329131M. Cal. 12ga. 3″ fully rifled bbl. Well prepared Remington Model 870 Magnum short barreled shotgun with attached accessory rail above receiver and auxiliary mounting rail above receiver at rear with telescoping “CAA” buttstock and hand grip. Retains orig ribbed wooden pump forearm. Firing mechanism moves smoothly when operated by hand, this weapon appears fully functional. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4 and is registered as a short barreled shotgun. Dix, Jr. CONDITION: Near excellent condition throughout with a non-reflective black finish on bbl with the exception of the end of the muzzle. Lustrous blue finish on other metal parts with black anodized aluminum trigger guard. Hard composite furniture and wooden forearm near excellent. Exceedingly clean, internals with bright, excellent rifled bore. Any would be intruder would be seriously deterred by the appearance of a homeowner holding this weapon!
