Galle covered jar has square body with rounded corners, an oval panel on each side of the jar is decorated with cameo glass flowers of different types. The cameo decoration is done in red glass on a frosted pastel yellow background. The lid is decorated with a red cameo glass dragon against a frosted pastel yellow ground. Galle vase is opalescent glass shading to light blue at the bottom. The vase is decorated with cameo and engraved figures of fishermen landing large fish on a fishing pole with a gaff hook in their other hand. The figures are done very subtly as are trees and an island in the distance. Remnants of a red patination remain in some areas. SIZE: 6-1/4″ t. Galle vase has round body with flat sides and is mold blown with light purple grape clusters and brown leaves all against a frosted pastel yellow background. Exceptional Galle marquetry vase is decorated with inlaid green and amber leaves and stems against a mottled cream background with white swirls. The vase is further decorated with wheel carved detail on some of the leaves as well as wheel carving to create flowers on the body. Signed on the side in cameo “Galle”. SIZE: 12-3/4″ t. Galle vase has mold blown red rhododendrons with rich green leaves and stems against a frosted amber background. The red flowers are blown in a translucent glass giving the same bright effect as window pane technique. The unique glass in this vase is somewhat dichroic, when it is unlit the leaves are a rich green color and the flowers are bright red, when back lit the vase appears in shades of red/amber. Signed on the side in cameo “Galle”, the vase also carries the remnants of an original Galle paper label and retailer’s label. SIZE: 10-1/2″ t. Large Galle cameo glass vase has round body and is decorated with red cameo roses, stems and leaves all set against a pastel yellow shading to cream background. Very unique Galle vase has opaque powder blue outer layer of glass on top of a heavy yellow glass core with mottled dark blue internal decoration at the foot. The cameo butterflies are nicely detailed and irregular bands around the butterflies are cut through to the yellow core giving a very artistic feel to this unusual vase. Galle mold blown vase has fuchsia flowers, stems, and leaves descending from the neck. The fuchsia flowers are done in red and blue glass while the leaves are done in dark amber glass. Galle cameo glass vase depicting Lake Como has dark brown cameo fence in the foreground with olive green and purple birds landing on the fence with the lake in the background and blue mountains raising on the distant shore. As the vase rotates there are large purple trees framing a portion of the lake with more mountains in the distance, all set against a shaded yellow sky. Galle perfume nightlight has cameo glass body with amber cameo leaves, flowers and stems surrounding the lamp against a frosted cream and light yellow background. Early Galle vase has cylindrical body with bulging center. The vase is decorated in intaglio carved leaves with gilded finish and is further decorated with heavily enameled flowers and leaves in shades of green, pink, lavender and white, all against a cream colored background. Signed on the underside with elaborate etched signature “Cristallerie De Galle Et Nancy Modele Et Decor Deposes” along with an etched leaf design. SIZE: 13″ t. Background glass is acid textured and the vase is signed on the side in cameo “Galle”. 3) Galle atomizer bottle has red cameo flowers, stems, and leaves surrounding the bottle, all against a mottled pastel yellow background. It is topped with a metal collar but is missing the atomizer, hose and bulb. Signed on the side in cameo “Galle”. 4) Galle vase has violet cameo flowers, stems, and leaves all set against a pastel yellow background.
