FELICE POLLI (European, 1793-1859) SERENADE. Interior scene shows young maiden seated on bench holding a wine bottle being serenaded by a well dressed man playing the Lute. Both are smiling. Decorative room features include chair, cask and urn. Signed lower right with conjoined first initials “F Polli”. Housed in its original gesso decorated frame (restored chips) and gold matte.
