GEORGE III MAHOGANY SMALL DEMILUNE WASH STAND. First quarter of the 19th Century. D-shaped hinged top lifts to reveal a secondary top with holes for washbowl and accessories. Reeded edge on three turned ring decorated posts joined by a shelf containing one curved drawer on the right side and a faux drawer on the left. All supported by tall tapered turned legs with ring decoration. There is an ebony line inlay to sides of top and shelf area. Two small brass pulls faced with lion head. REGENCY CARVED MAHOGANY DROP LEAF SOFA TABLE. Second quarter of the 19th Century. Rectangular reeded edge top with drop leaves having rounded corners. Above a frieze having two drawers on one side and two faux drawers on the other. Each drawer fitted with two brass knobs having lion faces. All supported by two out sweeping reeded top legs with brass cup castor feet on each side. At the end of the frieze and bottom sections of leg post are reeded panels outlined with ebony inlay.
