FEDERAL MAHOGANY AND BOXWOOD INLAID SHAVING STAND. Circa 1810. Oval mirror suspended on cyma-curved arms resting on a rectangular box with serpentine front fitted with three aligned drawers each with a brass knob pull, the whole raised on ogee bracket feet. SIZE: 22-1/2″ h x 17″ w x 8″ d. CONDITION: Overall very good with original cleaned surfaces. Some minor staining on surface of glove box probably due to perfume or cologne bottles leaving ring outlines. Brackets for mirror appear original as do the feet. 9-91459 (500-750)
