*WINCHESTER MODEL 71 DELUXE LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 348 WCF. Short tang deluxe rifle with 24” tapered round bbl, ramp front sight with hood, slot blank in the rear dovetail and a Lyman Model 66 sight on the receiver. It has straight grain walnut wood with checkered semi-beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. It has deluxe swivels. SN 43523 . CONDITION: Extremely fine, overall retains about 98% strong bright original blue on the metal with a battered stock screw. Wood is sound and retains 97-98% of its original finish with minor handling and use marks. Buttplate has some light rust pitting around the heel. Brilliant shiny bore. 4-9995 JR201 (1,750-2,750)
