*WINCHESTER MODEL 1886 LEVER ACTION TAKEDOWN RIFLE. Cal. 33 WCF. Scarce lightweight takedown model with full magazine, 24” tapered round bbl, with model 71-style ramp front sight and semi buckhorn rear sight that has been filed down. It has straight grain checkered wood with pistol grip stock and thin white-line recoil pad. SN 132312. CONDITION: Fine to very fine, retains most of a rough refinish to both metal and wood with amateur attempt to re-cut the checkering. The stock is cut to 13-1/2” over the pad.
