Large clock tower (Westertower) in central background and three women on street. Many houses are shown with red tile roofs under a white and gray cloud sky with peaks of blue sky. Signed lower right “J. Van Couver”. Old label with title, artist’s name and price affixed to stretcher. Also, Rosenbach Gallery, Philadelphia label.
