HENDRICK HULK (Dutch, 1842-1937) DUTCH CANAL SCENE. Oil on canvas scene shows two single mast sailboats hauling hay through canal with windmill, farmhouse and church on bank. Blue sky with white puffy clouds cast reflection in water. Signed lower right “H. Hulk 1887”. Housed in a replacement gilt carved wood frame. PROVENANCE: A CT estate. SIZE: 12” x 18”.
