UNSIGNED (American, 19th Century) “THE LANDING AT SEBEC LAKE”. Oil on academy board primitive scene shows a wood post dock next to body of water which has three sailboats and side wheel steam boat flying blue and red flags. A small sailboat is moored and tethered to dock. The background has houses and church on hillside with mountains beyond. Title is written on top of frame. Housed in an antique lemon gold molded wood frame. SIZE: 18-1/2” x 24-1/2”. CONDITION: Some bow to board and crack in middle sky. Otherwise good. 9-27209 (1,000-2,000)
