FINE DELAWARE RIVER VALLEY LADDER-BACK CHAIR. Five graduated shaped horizontal slats, nice turned ball finials, box stretcher with nicely turned bold front stretcher. Front turned legs with turned turnip feet. Nicely shaped side and front seat rails. Old, possibly original, rush seat. Late 18th Century. SIZE: 44-3/4” h x 17-1/2” seat h x 18-3/4” across front. CONDITION: Very good, some loss to rush. 9-27023 (500-1,000)
