*JOHNSON MODEL 1941 SEMI AUTO RIFLE. Cal. 30-06. Standard Johnson with 22” tapered round bbl, winged front sight with bayonet lug near the muzzle. It has usual perforated steel handguard and 2-pc walnut stock with checkered steel buttplate. SN B0636. CONDITION: Fine, bbl and receiver retain most of their original gray green Parkerizing. The handguard retains about 80% Parkerizing with some areas of deep pitting. The rear sight, probably a replacement, is a greenish black patina with some deep pitting. The magazine cover retains 60-70% Parkerizing with some deep pitting and two or three small dents. Bbl release latch is missing. Wood is sound and retains most of an amateur refinish.
