HANDEL REVERSE & OBVERSE PAINTED TABLE LAMP Lovely Handel table lamp has reverse painted shadowy trees against an orange shading to yellow background. The trees are reflected in a stream in foreground. Exterior of shade is finished in chipped ice and painted with branches and leaves in autumn colors with several leaves falling to the ground. Shade rests atop a simple Handel base with deeply ribbed body and three socket cluster. Shade is signed “Handel 5641” and artist initial “R”. Base is stamped on the underside “Handel”. SIZE: Shade is 16″ dia. Overall 24″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. Base has been painted antique gold. 5-65071 (3,000-5,000)
