*WINCHESTER MODEL 94 LEVER ACTION TAKE DOWN RIFLE. Cal. 30WCF (30-30). Standard grade rifle with 26” round bbl, full magazine, half nickel front sight with screw and semi buckhorn rear sight. It has extra finish, nicely finished wood with straight stock and crescent steel buttplate. SN 301737. CONDITION: Very fine to extremely fine. Bbl and magazine tube retain 95-97% strong bright original blue with light muzzle wear, a spot or two of surface discoloration with minor handling and use marks. The receiver retains 97-98% strong bright original blue, slightly thinned on the top and bottom with some light scratches on both sides. The lever retains 70-75% brilliant case colors turned silver on the outer edges. The hammer retains about 95% dark case colors and the buttplate traces of case colors with the balance turned silver. Wood is sound and retains most of its original bright varnish with usual handling and use marks, minor bruises and a small gouge on the stock and some light bruises on the forearm. The right wrist has the initials “DD” scratched in the varnish. Bright shiny bore. 4-49988 JR209 (2,500-3,500)
