PAIR OF DELICATE FRENCH CARVED WALNUT SIDE CHAIRS. Open back having four turned and reeded posts held between two carved horizontal supports. Turned and carved stiles ending in small mushroom type finials. Carved crest has flower and torch design. Over upholstered seats have flower needlework decoration. Turned and reeded front legs, carved seat rails. 19th/20th Century. SIZE: 34” h x 17-1/2” seat h. CONDITION: Some thread missing from seats, otherwise very good. 9-96424 (300-500)
