NICE NEW ENGLAND PAINTED AND STENCILED SHERATON PINE DRESSING TABLE. Circa 1830. Shaped splashguard above deck top fitted with two aligned drawers all decorated with sprays of grapes and grape vines. Joined to the rectangular top with chamfered edge above the conforming apron fitted with a long drawer. Raised on swelled cylindrical and ring turned legs. SIZE: Overall 40″ h x 33-1/2″ w x 15″ d. CONDITION: Mustard yellow paint and stenciling original as are the brass drawer pulls. No visible restorations or damages. A nice example in very fine condition. 9-90839 (2,500-4,500)
