FINE FOLK ART SIDEWHEELER SHIP MODEL OF THE “MASSACHUSETTS”. The green and white hulled model has three decks painted in white with light green trim. Double smoke stack with red wheels and nicely detailed features. On one side of the wheel house is a decorative seal similar to Massachusetts. The Massachusetts was part of the Providence & Stonington Steamship Company and ran between New York and Boston. Other steamers included the Connecticut and Rhode Island. SIZE: 20” h x 58” l x 17” w.
