18TH CENTURY CARVED QUEEN ANNE WING CHAIR FRAME. Probably Boston area. Back top crest with writing which appears to say “Cleveland” which may correspond to a Charleston, Massachusetts joiner that worked in the early 1700’s. A well defined winged structure with rolled arms, nicely carved front legs with leaf and scroll design. SIZE: 42” h x 34-1/2” across arms x 11” to top of seat rail.
