FINE GEORGE III FIGURED MAHOGANY PEMBROKE TABLE. Last quarter of the 18th Century. Figured mahogany top with drop leaves. Cross banded and sting inlaid with molded serpentine edges above the rectangular frieze fitted with opposing molded drawers. The whole raised on square tapered and molted legs terminating in brass capped casters. SIZE: 28-1/4″ h x 17-1/2″ w (closed) x 30″ d. CONDITION: Very fine overall with old repolished surfaces, no visible repairs or damages. original casters. Hardware later replacements, probably of the period. Possible shrinkage crack repair in the top. 9-91386 (1,000-2,000)
