2 WINDMILL CANDY CONTAINERS Includes Teddy Windmill and Dutch Windmill. Teddy is ca. 1914. Square base with three crisscrossed tower sections on all sides. Base marked “Net Wt. 1-1/2 Oz. Serial No. 2862″ above red tin slide-on closure. Replacement tin blades and vane attached to tin fixture, which is attached to top of tower. Also includes burgundy painted, six-sided windmill. Base is embossed black bricks. Body has rows of beads, signifying shingles with windows. Tin fan (yellow on front, red on back) attached to protrusion on front. Missing cardboard push-in closure. SIZE: Teddy 6-1/2″ t. overall, Dutch windmill 5” t. excluding blade. CONDITION: Lot averages good to very good. 1-29864 (400-600)
