BAYONET FOR MODEL 1855 RIFLE. 21-3/8” single fuller Yataghan blade with no markings. “JH” inspector mark on top of the hilt, “C” is stamped on the right side of the crossguard, “18” on the left. Scabbard has a brass tip and throat. The catch is missing. CONDITION: Blade has many nicks and moderate rust on the blade heavier at the throat, patina is very dark on the brass. Scabbard is very good with light chipping to the finish. 4-49706 FS295 (200-300)
