BLACK DEEP SEA DIVER WINDUP. Lithograph deep sea diver made in Germany with bell helmet with loops to attach strings, propeller protruding between his legs. When propeller turns, diver swims in water. This is a rare toy because most other under water toys are sealed and enameled so water will not corrode motor. This toy once placed in water would easily rust, so not many examples are known. SIZE: 71/2″ h x 3″ w. CONDITION: Some minor scuffing to helmet.
