Small watercolor shows gray painted house with white picket fence next to high banked shoreline with small boat moored on choppy water. Summer scene with white clouds and blue sky. Pen writing on back indicates attribution. Housed in a simple black and gold trim molded wood frame with green matte. PROVENANCE: This painting descends directly in the family of the artist.
