TIFFANY STUDIOS LINENFOLD LAMP W/ CANDELABRA BASE The shade begins with Fabrique or Linenfold panels which Tiffany created in glass to give the illusion of fabric. Amber panels are accented by smaller panels of darker amber glass all set in a gold dore frame. The shade is supported by a rare and original six-light candelabra base. The base begins with a wavy platform where six candelabra stems form upwards. Each stem is nicely decorated and is finished with tubes to give the illusion of candlesticks. Lamp is finished with rare Linenfold glass top cap. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1927 Patent Appl’d For”. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 589”. SIZE: Shade is 19″ dia. Overall 22″ t. CONDITION: Overall condition is good. Wear to base, gold appears to be enhanced in various areas. The shade has three cracked border panels. Switch has been replaced. 5-65057 (20,000-30,000)
