DOLL ET CIE LORRY. Large and impressive live steam driven flatbed truck with two tin headlamps, hand painted simulated wood paneling, white rubber tires with spare. Painted in creamsicle orange with black lithographed hood with red pinstripes Top of hood opens to reveal an elaborate steam mechanism with chain driven steerable wheels. Also has handbrake and original Doll decal on passenger door. SIZE: 19-1/2″ l. x 7″ w. x 8-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Has original white rubber tires and headlamps, overall has a very nice appearance with minor chips. As is typical with live steam toys, there have been areas of touch-up to paint. Overall very good to near excellent. 1-5402 MC (3,000-3,500)
