UNSIGNED (Italian, 17th/18th Century) OLD MASTER STILL LIFE. Oil on canvas scene shows a large pot of colorful flowers with other flowers in vases and on top of ledge. A watermelon is seen split open on right side with roses beside. The background is a landscape with cedar trees and blue cloud sky. Housed in an early carved wood leaf decorated frame with ribbons. There is an old label on back “Loaned by Mrs. E. Richard Parson”. SIZE: 28” x 29”. CONDITION: Shows evidence of an early relining, restoration with inpainting. Good. 9-27922 (8,500-12,500)
