Flying British flag and having four people on deck. Small ships off bow and stern. Green wavy ocean. Signed lower left. Housed in a deep walnut and gold lined frame. SIZE: 14” x 21”. CONDITION: Several small patches to reverse. Restored with inpainting. 9-96502 (1,500-2,500)
