FINE STATE OF MAINE PINE CHAIR TABLE IN ORIGINAL MUSTARD YELLOW PAINT. Circa 1840. Nearly circular top hinged to the arms of the chair base. Rectangular base with plank seat and removable plank opening to a storage well. Arm supports and legs of swelled cylindrical form raised on casters. SIZE: 28″ h x table top 50-1/2″ x 47-1/2″. CONDITION: Very fine original condition with original paint. Top is totally scrubbed and absent paint. Casters appear to be original. No restorations or repairs. There are some small checked splits in chair seat which are normal with the age of piece. 9-91542 (2,200-3,500)
