GERALD FORD (American, 1913-) 38TH PRESIDENT OF THE U.S. Framed, signed pardon. Framed souvenir copy of the Pardon granted to Richard Nixon by Gerald Ford on official White House memorandum stationary. An interesting memento of the controversial conclusion of the Watergate Episode, which resulted in the only Presidential Resignation in history. It is signed in black pen “G. Ford”. Certificate of Authenticity dated March 17th, 1995 from the American Historical Gild accompanies the piece. 9-95997 Housed in a small gold gilt frame with white matte.
