PATENT MODEL: ABEL H. BARTLETT, HOT-AIR FURNACE Original tag no. 12305, patented Jan. 30, 1855. Furnace model enclosed by wood, painted red, with six cast-iron hinged furnace doors to front. Hinged door to right side revealing interior of furnace and two chimneys, one on the top left-hand side and one in the rear. Front of model has a brass plaque that reads “Abel H. Bartlett, Inventor”. SIZE: 12″ h x 12″ w x 5-1/2” d.
