LARGE ACROBATIC CLOWN ON LADDER MUSICAL AUTOMATION. Of newer vintage, styled after the original French piece by Lambert or Vichy. This fascinating automaton performs acrobatics on top of his ladder, raising himself up on one hand while his feet are in the air. He then balances and lowers his legs to the ladder. The ladder then rocks forward, while he again balances himself with one hand. Great action and a very intriguing piece. CONDITION: SIZE: 28″ h. 1-29101 (1,500-2,000)
