EDGAR WHITEFIELD JENNEY (American, 1869-1939) COASTAL LANDSCAPE. Watercolor scene shows houses along a coastline with island and hills beyond. Signed lower right “EW Jenney”. Housed in a gilt wood frame with white matte. In 1927 Jenney retired to Nantucket where he taught art and painted primarily in watercolor with some of his works reproduced in lithographs.
