MEDIUM HAND PAINTED BING DE DION. Ca. 1904. Early open automobile featuring nicely molded tin seats that simulate cushions, elaborate steering mechanism, hand brake, buggy style steps, and white rubber tires. Enameled in red and white with gold pinstriping, and original die cast headlamp. SIZE: 7-3/4″ l. x 4″ w. CONDITION: For this toy the overall paint is very strong with only minor crazing, tires show some distress, and there is a small spot of touch up to front of dash, otherwise a very nice example of this toy. 1-5198 MC (1,200-1,500)
