GWYN & CAMPBELL GRAPEVINE CARBINE. Cal .50. 20” part oct bbl. Marked “GWYN & CAMPBELL” in an arc over “PATENT / 1862 / HAMILTON O” on the lockplate and “UNION / RIFLE” on right side of the receiver. SN 4153. CONDITION: Gray brown patina overall with scattered dents on the metal and vise marks at the rear of bbl. Wood has been repaired, sanded and refinished to a dark black. 4-49926 FS67 (1,500-2,250)
