MODIFIED SHARPS MODEL 1859 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal .52. 22” round bbl. The rear of bbl has been cut and sleeved giving the appearance of a band around bbl reinforce. The forearm, bbl band, rear sight, buttstock and some internal parts are replacements. SN 31343. CONDITION: Moderate pitting overall with some chemical enhancement. Wood has been aged slightly but still has sharp edges. Action is tight and would make a good re-enactor’s gun. 4-49605 X7 (1,500-2,500)
