INDEPENDENCE HALL CANDY CONTAINER Ca. 1876. Large clear glass candy container in the form of the historic building. Highly detailed and embossed, punched with coin slot on left side of roof. Marked “Bank of Independence Hall 1776-1876”. Lacking clip-on closure. SIZE: 5″ l x 3-1/2″ w x 7-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Generally good with slight chipping to base and around coin slot. Possible hairlines (in manufacture not cracks) on sides. 1-29901 (75-150)
