LOT OF 3 CLOCK CANDY CONTAINERS Includes Octagon clock, Alarm clock and Kiddie Clock Dime Bank. 1) Octagon, ca. 1918. Red front with orange highlights, scrollwork front, stippled sides. Slotted orange tin screw cap closure. Paper dial glued inside reading 8:17. 2) Alarm clock, ca. 1916. Clear glass with gilt highlights. Embossed rope around outside. Clock face reads 4:53. Top loop with 2 legs, tin screw cap closure. 3) Kiddie Clock Dime Bank, ca. 1950. 2-part tin litho body with silver metal stand and clear glassine window at rear. Marked on face with name and world cities around perimeter. “Mfg. by J.C. Crosetti Co./Jeanette, PA”. SIZE: 1) 3″ w x 4″ t. 2) 2-3/4″ w x 3-1/4″ t. 3) 2″ w x 2-1/4″ t. CONDITION: 1) Minor chips to base, roughness to closure, appears to have paint touch-ups to face. 2) Very good+. 3) Slight split to glassine window, otherwise very good to near excellent. 1-29849-437 (150-250)
