FINE CARVED LARGE AMERICAN EAGLE. Full bodied life size eagle with raised wings on a rock work base. REFERENCE: For similar eagle and base see item #1691, Sale #7085 Sotheby’s. SIZE: 62-1/2” h x approximately 21” d x 23” w. CONDITION: There has been several repaired breaks to feathers, crack on one side and base. Some age rot to bottom of base. The eagle was outside in a garden and has a weathered patina. 9-27692 (5,000-7,000)
