SQUIRE’S PIG TIN SIGN Classic embossed oval portrait of the Squire pig trademark flanked by corn stock garlands promoting their line of Arlington Brand hams, bacon and sausage. Mfg. by the Litho Etching Corp., NY for the John P. Squire & Co., Boston, MA. SIZE: 20-1/4″ w x 24″ h x 4″ d. CONDITION: Lettering appears to have been taped over at one point with traces of tape residue remaining. Some pigment loss to surface abrasion at “Arlington”, otherwise strong, bright colors and a nice surface gloss. 1-568 (1,500-2,500)
