SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1847 CAVALRY MUSKETOON. Cal .69. 26” round bbl. Dated 1853 on the lock and bbl tang. The ramrod, swivel assembly, sling ring and sling ring bar are replacements. NSN. CONDITION: Heavy crusty rust on bbl, lockplate and hammer. Dark patina on most brass parts. Front bbl band spring is broken. Stock has been partially repaired and sanded in some spots but retains cracks dents and scratches in others. Lock is fine. 4-50033 X22 (2,700-3,000)
