SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1847 CAVALRY MUSKETOON. Cal .69. 26” round bbl. Dated 1851 on lock and bbl. NSN. CONDITION: Light gray patina overall with light pitting and signs of cleaning on the iron parts. The cleaned brass surfaces are toning well. Wood has been repaired in front of the lock and lightly sanded and refinished in that area. The rest of the stock has light dents and scratches and about a 2” burned area on the right side of the butt. Replaced nipple is new. Mechanically good. 4-49751 X30 (2,000-3,000)
