SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1847 SAPPER & MINERS MUSKETOON. Cal .69. 26” round bbl. Dated 1847 on lockplate and 1848 on bbl tang. No cartouche. Only 250 were made during this period. NSN. CONDITION: Smooth gray patina with light pitting overall. Stock has been repaired, sanded and refinished. Action is good. 4-49739 FS261 (2,000-4,000)
