Abstract watercolor cityscape shows a mother and daughter carrying hand bags on a sidewalk which lines the street of tall multi-story buildings and churches. On the right side is a park like setting with a fisherman, duck and park bench. Signed lower left and titled. Also signed in pencil “Frank S. Herrmann New York” on back.
