CIVIL WAR SPENCER RIFLE. Cal .50. 30” round bbl. Made by Spencer Repeating Rifle Co. The upper edges of the receiver have been rounded but no Stabler cutoff has been installed. SN 2608. CONDITION: Gray brown patina overall. Rear of bbl has been cleaned and chemically toned. Normal handling marks on the wood with a series of filed lines on the left side.
