EARLY STERLING SILVER HONEY POT. London, 1806? Hallmark TL. Bee skep form with removable lid having slot for spoon. Round base with three small ball feet. Simple ring handle. The base engraved with a tree with draped powder horn. The hallmarks are rampant lion, bust facing right and a capital L with crown above. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection. WEIGHT: 6.4 tr. oz.
