EARLY TWO HANDLED ENGLISH STERLING SILVER SERVING BOWL. London, 1805. Hallmark WP, (possibly William Pitts). Oval footed serving bowl has hinged side handles with central turned ivory or bone piece. Outside has large family crest with two rampant lions and crown over shield. Banner with “Sans Rein Dieu”. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection. WEIGHT: 34 tr. oz.
