LARGE EARLY ENGLISH FOOTED COFFEE POT. London, 1802. Hallmark SH (possibly Samuel Hennell). Paneled bulbous pot with hinged lid having decorative finial, large ivory handle and shaped footed base. Side engraved with coat of arms with two rampant elks and recumbent elk above crown above shield with banner “Virtus Invidiam Vincit”. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection. WEIGHT: 45 tr. oz.
